Frequently Asked Questions
1.
Q. What is an Application ID? How do I get
one?
A
. The application ID is your Unique Reference that was
given to you when you completed an application to a
position. You can use this to identify yourself and the
particular application you are interested in.
2.
Q. What if I require further information relating
to an advertised position?
A

position listed on Career Website you need to send email to
[email protected].
And our recruiter from each school will contact with you
regarding your further inquiry.

Q. How can I view only those jobs that have been
posted since last I checked the listings?
A
. This site is a live real time site. Jobs are loaded daily
and removed according to the opening and closing date of the

postings after last time you have checked.

Application?
A

following the steps below:
5.
Q. I have forgotten my password, how do I get a
new one or how can I find out what my old one was?
A
. As your password is encrypted, we have no way of
accessing it to provide you with the details. You will need
to generate a new password.
6.
Q. Whenever I do a search or attempt to register I
get a 'Page Not Found' error.
A
. This is an unusual problem and should not happen
regularly. It could be that you are using a non-compatible
browser. The minimum requirements are Microsoft Internet
Explorer IE7+, Mozilla FireFox 9+ or Google Chrome. If your
browser does not meet the minimum requirements please
update. An alternative is that the time lag from your
request to response from the database 'times out' on your
browser. Try logging on with a faster Internet connection,
or accessing the site in non-peak Internet times. Let us
know if the problem continues and we will investigate in
greater depth.
7.
Q. After I click on the Job Title and view the
advertisement details, I press 'Back' to continue the
search. I then get a message saying 'Warning Page has
Expired'. I then have to begin the search again from jobs 1
- 10. At this stage I may be at jobs 51 - 60 so I have the
inconvenience of having to start again from the
beginning.
A
. All searches are conducted through a database. The
'Warning - Page has Expired' message appears because you
have used the 'Back' button on your web browser. Do not use
this button to return to the list. You will find that the
job advertisement has a back button at the top and bottom of
the page. Use one of these buttons to return to your
list.
